Balanced Scorecard Methodology

The BSC is used by most Fortune 500 companies as a strategic planning tool and to drive and measure company and employee performance. The balanced scorecard system is like the “nerve centre” of an organization. As an all encompassing management system it enables organisations to clarify their vision and strategy and translate them into action.

When fully deployed, the balanced scorecard transforms strategic planning into action plans with KPAs and KPIs enabling effective measurable actions in the organisation.

Objective Key Results Methodology (OKR)

OKR helps you set company, department, team, and personal goals. You connect each goal with 3-5 measurable results. As you achieve those results, the percentage of the entire Objective increases, so you can see the progress towards your aspirational goals.

‘Focus’ is the most important step. You should only have 3-5 Objectives. Therefore, OKRs help you figure out what’s most important (priority items) and how work at every level connects to your most important goals.
